Leo is a licensed ScreamFree Parenting Coach. He was also the counselor and Student Advisor of Raffles Institution from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, he worked with gaming addicts at TOUCH Community Services and pioneered cyber wellness counseling in Singapore. Leo is also a relationship trainer and a support group facilitator for people with relationship concerns and sexual struggles. His expertise and passions finally led him to start his own relationship and life coaching consultancy, Wonderfully Made.
Having worked with youths for more than a decade, Leo has become especially adept at understanding a child’s thinking and behavior. This has not only enhanced his position and ability as a youth counselor, but as a parent coach as well. He is sharp at identifying root issues of parenting, and is able to provide strategic solutions that address the whole family system. With vast first hand experience dealing with sexuality and cyber wellness issues, Leo is a choice speaker to provide insights behind the psychology of gaming addiction, pornography, effects of the sexualized culture today, youth issues and more. Leo is also a resource speaker and represents organizations such as Focus On The Family, Centre For Fathering, Dads For Life, Fei Yue Community Services, New Life Community Services, theVoice, Orange Chalk and more.

Today, Leo continues to be an active educator and strong advocate for timeless values that strengthens individual and family relationships. He runs talks and workshops for parents, youths and couples, as well as personalized home-based programmes such as ‘Family Sex-Ed Day’, ‘ScreamFree at Home’ and ‘one to one coaching with youths’.
In his free time, Leo likes to spend time with his wife and serve needy communities.
